For almost 30 years Fizoptika has been delivering the world's most miniature and lightweight high performance fiber optic gyros. To meet the growing need for compact FOGs for harsh environment, Fizoptika adds the newly developed VG1703 to its successful line of the smallest ever gyros. 

In its ᴓ40x19 mm, 40-gram design (ALL PROCESSING ELECTRONICS INCLUDED) the model offers the same high robustness as the VG910H1 with 1200 g shock endurance.

19.02.2018 Main Frame Redesign for VG091 Series
The new inner frame of the VG091 series resonates at 3 kHz. It is made of solid aluminium.

As a result, the smallest gyros acquire far better vibration immunity.

    VG091 series

    The basic model of this series is VG091A - the smallest and lightest ever fiber optic gyro. The series features thumb-sized design combined with instant start-up and low power consumption. There are fiber optic gyroscopes with north seeking capability, magnetic immunity and suppressed vibration response. The gyro sensor VG091B has orthogonal (compared to VG091A) sensing axis orientation.

The basic model VG103PT offers the best combination of excellent performance and superb shock/vibration endurance. The gyroscope sensor VG103LN stands out for its extremely low noise. There are also highly precise over a wide temperature range FOGs and an ultra compact gyro VG103S with exceptional shock endurance in the series.

The gyroscope VG035 design provides a spare inner space for customizing. A modified sensing coil and additional electronics blocks may be embedded to tailor the gyro's characteristics on request.
